You do not need to be "techy" to use AI.
You need one good prompt, ten minutes, and a willingness to let it help you organize the chaos in your brain.
Here's the prompt I use when I have too much floating around and no idea where to start:
Copy/paste this
"I'm going to brain dump everything I need to do. Please organize it into three sections: urgent today, important this week, and can wait. Then turn the urgent section into a simple step-by-step plan I can follow without overthinking. Ask me only one question if something is truly unclear."
Then dump everything.
The messy list. The random idea. The appointment you forgot. The client thing. The kid thing. The business thing. The thing you have been avoiding for three days.
AI is really good at taking a tangled pile of thoughts and turning it into a clean little plan.
The magic is not that it does your life for you.
The magic is that it helps you stop spinning long enough to take the next step.
My favorite way to use it
At night, brain dump tomorrow. In the morning, ask AI to turn it into the simplest possible plan.
The family group chat version
You don't need a productivity system. You might just need to stop using your brain as a junk drawer.
