Question 1

How does the Family Group Chat Gift Finder pick recommendations?

Accepted Answer

It filters our own catalog of finds — things we’ve actually bought, tried, or are watching — by who you’re shopping for and your budget. It isn’t generated from a generic product database; every result is a find that already has its own honest write-up on the site.

Question 2

Are the gift finder results affiliate links?

Accepted Answer

Some are. Any find marked with a "paid link" badge earns a small commission if you buy through it, at no extra cost to you — see the full disclosure page for details. Plenty of results aren’t affiliate links at all; they’re included because they’re genuinely worth sending.

Question 3

Can I browse every find without using the Gift Finder tool?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the full catalog, filterable by category, budget, and status, lives at /finds. We also publish curated gift guides by budget and recipient at /gifts.
